Made-to-Order Production Time
All items at Pencil Short Designs LLC are made to order and printed using PLA filament. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order ships. During peak periods or for larger orders, production may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer USPS carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days (standard) / 1–3 business days (priority, if selected)
International Shipping
We ship to 27 international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
DHL Express options may be available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority.
Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. Production and transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
